Job summary

Global Payments seeks an analytics-driven professional to join a global team focused on optimizing card authorization and routing for LATAM merchants. You will translate insights into concrete actions, work with cross-functional stakeholders, and leverage SQL and BI tools to monitor performance and drive improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years in analytics/payments, client-facing experience, and knowledge of regional payment trends. English and Spanish preferred; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in consulting, analytics, payments, or optimization roles.
• Experience analyzing transaction or payment performance data and delivering client recommendations.
• Experience engaging with clients and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Payments industry experience preferred (merchant acquiring, processing, ecommerce, fraud, risk, or optimization).

Responsibilities

• Translate insights into actionable items to improve authorization, authentication and routing.
• Conduct data analysis and visualization to monitor performance and generate merchant insights.
• Drive optimization initiatives and measurable uplifts in approval rates and revenue protection.
• Coordinate intake, prioritization, and delivery of opportunities across teams.
