Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Payments Performance Strategist, LatAm, to lead data-driven discussions with existing and prospective LatAm merchants on optimization strategies across card network costs, acceptance, fraud, and cross-border flows, with initial focus on the Mexican market.

You will build optimization narratives/tools and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure merchants succeed with Stripe.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in payments or operations at a tech company or consultancy.
• Experience with ecommerce payments and optimization strategies.
• Proven ability to present to merchants and senior leaders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with LatAm merchants and enable Sales with tools to engage them.
• Serve as internal and merchant-facing expert on LatAm payments optimization.
• Create LatAm optimisation narratives and playbooks supported by analysis.
• Deploy analyses across Stripe’s LatAm customer portfolio.
• Synthesize feedback to inform Stripe's product roadmap.
• Improve self-serve tools and playbooks based on merchant needs.
