Darktrace is seeking a Technical Success Manager for LATAM to act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them adopt and operationalize cybersecurity solutions. You will partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Support to drive measurable outcomes and maximize security program impact.

We value 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role, experience with enterprise customers in cybersecurity, and strong communication and collaboration skills to work across global teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Consultant, Technical Consultant, or similar.
• Experience with enterprise customers in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, or related technology environments.
• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Develop technical success plans that drive adoption, value realization, and operational maturity.
