Darktrace is seeking a Technical Success Manager to bridge technical depth with customer outcomes across security teams in Los Angeles, Seattle, and Denver. You will partner with sales, solutions engineering, and support to transform deployment into measurable platform value and reduced risk.

You bring 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role with cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or SaaS knowledge, and you translate complex concepts into practical guidance for executives and engineers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into guidance for customers and internal teams.
• Experience with SOC, incident response use cases desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams.
• Create practical success plans to drive platform adoption and reduce risk.
• Identify high-value use cases for embedding the platform in security operations.
• Use usage and health indicators to spot adoption gaps and renewal risks early.
• Guide customers from deployment to active use, accelerating Time-to-Value.
• Lead mitigation planning for blockers and operational gaps.
• Provide renewal-readiness insights for QBRs and strategy discussions.
• Highlight technical opportunities to support expansion with account executives.
