Job summary

Darktrace seeks a Technical Success Manager to join our global cybersecurity team. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and a track record of driving adoption, value realisation, and renewal readiness across security and IT stakeholders.

You will partner with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and Support to monitor health, adoption, and risk, guiding customers toward measurable outcomes and renewals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Technical Consultant, Product Specialist, or similar.
• Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams, understanding their priorities and success outcomes.
• Create practical technical success plans to drive platform adoption and measurable value.
• Identify high-value use cases that integrate the platform into daily security operations.
