You will answer technical questions, lead POV engagements, participate in sales calls, and help troubleshoot basic issues that arise during the sales process. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with 1+ years of presales experience.

Qualifications

• Native or professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• 1+ years of presales experience or equivalent in cybersecurity, SaaS, or tech environments
• Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity or related fields
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Natural organization and follow-through
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to seek feedback

Responsibilities

• Support sales reps in clear, engaging product demonstrations in Spanish
• Partner with LATAM Account Executives throughout the deal cycle to answer technical questions
• Lead structured POV engagements following established guidelines
• Participate in sales calls with strong listening skills
• Troubleshoot and research basic technical issues during the sales process
• Support Account Executives by understanding typical sales strategies
• Actively participate in training sessions and seek out additional learning resources
