Job summary

Libertex Group is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist LATAM clients with real-time support across chat, email, and phone. You will troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients on the Libertex platform, MT4, and MT5, while ensuring clarity and high service standards.

Knowledge of Spanish (native) and English (B2) is essential, with the ability to work shift hours from 08:00 to 23:00 (Argentina time) on weekdays and weekends. Remote work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish and proficient English required (B2).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple channels (chat, email, phone) and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time LATAM client support via chats, tickets, phone, and email.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients through solutions.
• Escalate platform-related issues (Libertex, MT4, MT5) to relevant departments.
