Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Reliability Engineer to support the AMZL NA Engineering team within the Last Mile organization. You will drive reliability across delivery station processes, equipment, and operations, and lead high-impact failure investigations to prevent recurrence.

You will design tools, dashboards, and methodologies to enable learning from failures at scale, partnering with internal teams to deliver measurable uptime improvements across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering required.
• Experience with reliability/maintenance environments or material handling equipment preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, lookups) and data visualization experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCA for high-impact failures and develop lasting corrective actions.
• Develop and improve FMEA to identify risks and mitigate failures.
• Analyze equipment/operational data to identify trends and propose reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and vendors across sites to implement fixes.
• Design and maintain BI dashboards and automated reporting for leadership.
