Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution through launch readiness and go-live phases.
• Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL.
• Minimum 3+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executives and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated reporting pipelines and performance dashboards with real-time visibility into program health.
• Translate complex data into narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain AI-powered compliance tools aggregating data into leadership reports.
• Manage multiple concurrent engineering projects across NA delivery, coordinating with external contractors.
• Track milestones, identify gaps via root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Own weekly compliance reporting, monitor metrics like training completion and invoice accuracy.
• Administer documentation platforms and develop SOPs for standardized processes across the network.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and external contractors; manage escalations to leadership.
