Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly employees and engage your team during shifts to maintain safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours; occasional stairs.
• Work in environments with variable temperatures and weather in delivery stations and grocery locations.
• Work a flexible schedule (weekends and/or overnight shifts).
