R.A.S. Logistics Inc. is seeking a Market Manager in Charleston, SC to lead final mile delivery operations, drive performance, and grow the market. You will supervise Supervisors and Drivers, oversee budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role demands strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and hands-on field presence to optimize routes, recruit and retain delivery staff, and maintain client relationships for sustained market growth.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of leadership experience in logistics, transportation, or last-mile delivery.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
• Ability to read and interpret safety procedures, SOPs, and regulatory materials.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of products.
• Troubleshoot service, safety, and customer escalations throughout the day.
• Manage budget performance, accounts receivable, and driver settlements.
• Meet or exceed key performance metrics (QOS, TDI, On-Time Delivery, etc.).
• Perform regular field audits to ensure compliance and delivery quality.
• Implement strategies for continuous improvement in efficiency and customer service.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for delivery teams.
• Maintain a strong presence in the field to engage and develop delivery personnel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage internal reporting, payroll approvals, and compliance documentation.
