Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math and analytical ability.
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign work activities and monitor group activities.
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, procedures, and safety.
• Monitor availability of tools, materials and supplies.
• Oversee equipment usage and enforce safety programs.
• Manage inventory and perform reconciliation.
• Assist in resolving problems to maximize productivity.
