Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years in operations or supply chain.
• Experience with home delivery and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for KPI reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Audit Last Mile deliveries daily until completion.
• Use Last Mile digital tools for internal and customer communication.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners on updates and issue resolution.
• Reconcile past due orders and report findings to regional managers.
• Document claims with 3PL providers and track recovery.
• Validate 3PL invoices and ensure timely payment.
• Provide delivery and install status reporting.
• Support cost-saving projects to improve operations.
