Job summary

Electrolux Home Products, Inc. in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Last Mile Product Owner/Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives for North America D2C and Last Mile. You will own end-to-end track-and-trace, partner with Operations, IT and 3PLs, and drive the backlog, roadmap and project execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 5+ years in last mile product management, PMP preferred, FarEye knowledge a plus, and travel up to 10%.

All about the role:

The Last Mile Product Owner/ Project Manager leads cross-functional initiatives that support Electrolux's North America D2C and Last Mile strategy. This role manages end-to-end track-and-trace processes, partners with Operations, IT, and 3PL providers to deliver business and technology solutions, and owns the Last Mile backlog, roadmap, and project execution. Success is measured by delivering impactful solutions, driving stakeholder alignment, and achieving business objectives.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to scope.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource requirements, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance, manage costs and investments, and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, resolve resource and scheduling conflicts, and escalates issues when needed.
• Build and maintain the Last Mile project roadmap, aligning priorities with quarterly OKRs and business objectives.
• Gather business requirements, manage and prioritize the backlog, and determine project versus sprint-based work.
• Serve as the business owner for Last Mile processes, translating requirements into user stories and supporting agile sprint execution, UAT, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver training, onboard carrier partners, oversee integration performance, and drive stakeholder feedback to enhance processes and system capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree completed, engineering, supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years product management within supply chain last mile or order management.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of Transportation Management or Last Mile platforms - FarEye knowledge is a plus.
• Minimal travel (up to 10%) required.
