Electrolux Home Products, Inc. in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Last Mile Product Owner/Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives for North America D2C and Last Mile. You will own end-to-end track-and-trace, partner with Operations, IT and 3PLs, and drive the backlog, roadmap and project execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 5+ years in last mile product management, PMP preferred, FarEye knowledge a plus, and travel up to 10%.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years product management within supply chain last mile or order management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Transportation Management or Last Mile platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring on-time delivery within scope.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor performance, manage costs and provide status updates to leadership.
• Prioritize backlog and translate requirements into user stories for sprints.
• Deliver training and onboard carrier partners; drive continuous improvement.
