Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support
• Ability to learn and become an expert in line-of-business applications

• Experience with Windows Server
• Experience with Laserfiche a bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients as part of a cross-functional engineering and services group
• Assist support engineers and act as a liaison across departments and with clients as needed
