Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or high school diploma required.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, automation, or inspection equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for laser and robotics/automation equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
• Troubleshoot equipment, lasers, optics, alignment, cleaning, and casting technologies.
• Support equipment setup, startup, recovery, and day-to-day production needs.
• Provide technical coverage for key manufacturing technologies that cannot be independently owned or sustained by operators or contractors.
• Document maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support activities per site requirements.
• Help develop and sustain standard work and equipment care practices.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
