Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Technician in Auburn, AL to lead troubleshooting of manufacturing processes and support production. You will collaborate with manufacturing engineers and associates to resolve issues and develop new processes, while bridging communication between shop floor and engineering teams.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, the ability to work with PLC/control systems, and the development of SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or HS diploma with 4+ years in a technical field.
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written form.
• Experience working in high performance teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting of manufacturing processes and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Bridge between production associates and process engineers to elevate problem solving.
• Develop and maintain SOPs; train and sign off operators on procedures.
