Aerotek is seeking a reliable Laser Machine Operator / Warehouse Associate for a brand-new facility in Chesterfield, MO. The role focuses on operating laser cutting equipment, handling materials, and supporting warehouse tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The position offers a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule, with opportunities for cross-training and skill development in a fully onsite setting.

Qualifications

  • Experience using hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Operate laser cutting equipment to fabricate parts per work orders and quality specifications.
  • Load and unload materials onto laser machines and ensure proper machine setup.
  • Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality before moving to the next stage.
  • Read and interpret tape measurements to ensure precise cuts and dimensions.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools to assist with production, assembly, and material handling tasks.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas as needed.
  • Assist with packaging, staging, and preparing products for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies while operating equipment.
  • Cross-train on various warehouse machinery and production equipment.
  • Support general warehouse and production activities as business needs require.

Laser Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laser Machine Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our team in a brand-new facility. This position is responsible for operating laser cutting equipment, handling materials, assisting with warehouse operations, and ensuring products are manufactured according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience using hand and power tools, be comfortable reading a tape measure, and be willing to cross-train on various equipment and warehouse functions.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate laser cutting equipment to fabricate parts according to work orders and quality specifications.

  • Load and unload materials onto laser machines and ensure proper machine setup.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Chesterfield, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
