Aerotek is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to cut, band, and drill cabinet parts in Teutopolis, IL. This contract-to-hire role includes on-the-job training with advancement opportunities to an upper level operator position.

You will work in a manufacturing setting with teammates, troubleshoot to maintain quality and efficiency, and start on 1st shift with a 10% off-shift differential for evenings.

Machine Operator

We are seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators to cut, band, and drill cabinet parts for production. This role requires attention to detail and a willingness to learn, with on-the-job training providing the potential to advance to an upper level operator position. Collaboration with co-workers is essential, as all tasks require teamwork. The ability to troubleshoot machines to maintain efficiency and product quality is crucial.

Work Environment: You will work in a manufacturing environment that is non-temperature controlled, with over 500 employees across two locations. Must be open to working 6 hours every other Saturday for Effingham and 6 hours every other Friday. Initial training occurs on the 1st shift for roughly 3 weeks, followed by a transition to the respective shift. A 10% shift differential applies to off-shifts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change.
