Job summary

nLIGHT in Camas, WA, is seeking Manufacturing Specialists for hands-on production tasks, including die bonding, wire bonding, laser alignment and testing. No experience is required; on-the-job training will prepare you for work in a clean room environment.

Shift is B Shift: Sunday–Tuesday bi‑Wednesday 5P–5:15A. Starting pay ranges from $19.20 to $21.57 per hour with 10%–15% shift differential and a potential bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Willingness to work in a clean room environment for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand during long shifts.
• Operate and test equipment with lasers as part of production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support device manufacturing in hands-on production tasks: die bonding, inspection, wire bonding, electro-mechanical assembly, testing, laser alignment and packaging.
• Work 8–12 hour shifts in a clean room environment with proper clean room garments.
• Operate test equipment with active lasers.
