Job summary

nLIGHT, Inc. is hiring Manufacturing Specialist to join the production team in Washington. No experience required and on-the-job training will cover semiconductor processing, die bonding, wire bonding, electromechanical assembly, optical fiber handling, laser operation, and production reporting.

The role requires shift work in the D Shift (Thursday-Saturday; bi-Wednesday 5P-5:15A) with competitive hourly wages and a full benefits package including health, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support device manufacturing with hands-on production tasks: die bonding, inspection, wire bonding, electro-mechanical assembly, testing, laser alignment, and packaging.
• Work a clean room environment 8–12 hours per shift; wear clean room garments.
• May use a microscope for extended periods.
• May handle solvents and perform repetitive actions.
• Operate test equipment with active lasers.
