Job summary

nLIGHT is hiring Manufacturing Specialists to join our production team in Camas, WA. No experience is required; you will receive on-the-job training to perform hands-on semiconductor processing, die bonding, wire bonding, and laser-related tasks, working in a clean room environment.

The role includes shifts (D shift) with scheduled hours and potential overtime, competitive starting pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a clean room environment for 8–12 hour shifts.
• On-the-job training provided as Manufacturing Specialist I–III to perform hands-on production tasks such as semiconductor processing, die bonding, wire bonding, and assembly.
• Will learn operating and testing lasers and maintain production reports.

Responsibilities

• Support device manufacturing in hands-on production tasks: die bonding, inspection, wire bonding, electro-mechanical assembly, testing, laser alignment and packaging.
• Work 8–12 hours in a clean room, wearing clean room garments.
• May require use of a microscope for long periods.
• May involve handling solvents.
