• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced technical manufacturing role.
• Ability to work assigned shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be dependable and reliable.
• Ability to work in a clean room environment, wearing clean room garments, using a microscope, handling solvents, and working with tools. Reliable Team player
• Must have attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Must have problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Performs electromechanical assembly operations
• Operates test equipment
• Uses manual and electronic tools for mechanical and optical assembly
• Enters production data into computer-based system
• Contributes as a valued team member
• Performs various production tasks which may include working in a clean room environment, wearing clean room garments, using a microscope, handling solvents, and working with tools
• Engages in production activities according to the documented work instructions and standards
• Identifies and reports any irregularities which are not complaint with work instructions
• Ensures work is completed in a safe manner and complies with all safety standards
• Checks equipment regularly to ensure normal operating activity
• May engage in troubleshooting
• Employees use a variety of hand tools, soldering tools, laser tools, and custom-built equipment for assembly and testing.
