Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced technical manufacturing role or closely related position.
• Ability to work assigned shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be dependable and reliable.
• Ability to work in a clean room environment with clean room garments, microscope, solvents, and tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy emphasized.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed cycle time targets.

Responsibilities

• Performs electromechanical assembly operations.
• Operates test equipment.
• Uses manual and electronic tools for mechanical and optical assembly.
• Enters production data into computer-based system.
• Contributes as a valued team member.
• May work in a clean room environment and wear clean room garments.
• Handles solvents and uses various hand tools, soldering tools, laser tools, and testing equipment.
• Engages in production activities per documented work instructions and standards.
• Identifies and reports irregularities and non-conformities.
