Job summary

nLIGHT, based in Camas, Washington, is seeking Manufacturing Technicians to sustain high-volume production, troubleshoot processes, and support continuous improvements on automated tools.

You will help with routine maintenance, calibrations, and training of production staff while collaborating with process engineering to reduce downtime and improve safety. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in high-volume production or electronics assembly.
• Ability to read sketches, blueprints, and schematics.
• Basic understanding of technology and equipment.
• Proficient with common hand tools and measurement devices.
• Willingness to follow OCAP and complete Litmos training.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated production tools with focus on quality and throughput.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues; collect data and communicate status.
• Assist in routine maintenance and calibration of process equipment.
• Collaborate with process engineering on continuous improvement projects.
• Provide support, training, and certification for production personnel.
• Document processes for prototypes and high-volume lines.
