Staffmark is hiring an experienced Laser Machine Operator for a company in Pinckard, AL. This role offers a 4-day work week, ideal for those seeking better work-life balance. Candidates should have experience with laser machines and be detail-oriented.

3rd Shift Hours: Sunday to Wednesday, 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM.

Pay Rate: $15 per hour.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up, maintain, and operate laser machines efficiently.
2. Perform laser cutting and welding with precision.
3. Review blueprints to plan operations and ensure accuracy.
4. Select appropriate programs and fixtures for cutting/welding.
5. Adjust laser beam focal point and establish stop locations.
6. Ensure proper set-up for optimal performance.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience operating laser machines.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
