Machine Operator | Temp-to-Hire

Staffmark is hiring Machine Operators in Marion, AL! This is a great opportunity to gain steady employment, enjoy long weekends, and achieve work-life balance.

Shift Details:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Monday - Thursday | 4-Day Workweek!

Pay Rates: 1st Shift: $10.25/hr | 2nd Shift: $11.25/hr

Responsibilities:

• Inspect products for quality and consistency
• Operate machinery efficiently
• Lift and move raw materials and finished goods (up to 50 lbs)
• Pack, stack, and organize materials manually
• Set up and adjust machine tools
• Maintain accurate production paperwork
• Remain active and on your feet throughout the shift
