Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physics, electrical/electronics, computer, or mechanical engineering.
• 3+ years in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• Experience with data acquisition and processing using MATLAB and Python.
• Experience with test automation and report generation.
• Eligible to obtain/maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own production test activities and troubleshoot infrared systems.
• Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream.
• Create work instructions and train technicians on equipment use.
• Develop library of failure modes and troubleshooting guides.
• Analyze test data and generate detailed reports.
• Collaborate with Design, Quality and Manufacturing Eng teams.
• Optimize test strategies to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment.
