Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with laser systems or optical assemblies.
• Experience reading and executing optical/laser test procedures, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficient in electrical/electronic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser assembly, alignment, integration, and test operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support process improvements and yield optimization.
• Train and mentor lower-level technicians.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the cleanroom and work areas.
• Follow work instructions and report defects or variances.
