Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated customer service and sales support across digital channels.
• Identify customer needs and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Process orders accurately from phone and online channels.
• Maintain client relationships through proactive follow-up and clienteling.
• Keep CRM data up to date and coordinate referrals with retail locations.
• Meet sales goals and KPIs; stay informed on products and campaigns.
• Support omnichannel client service across multiple platforms.
