Job summary

Coach Las Vegas Outlet Center is seeking a Temporary Sales Associate to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience. You will meet sales goals, build client relationships, and support daily store operations.

The role requires at least 1 year in luxury retail, strong English, POS experience, and comfort with social media and live-stream shopping. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced team environment and participate in brand initiatives.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail (preferred).
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop) and walkie-talkie use.
Strong English proficiency; luxury retail background and social media familiarity including live-streaming.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet personal and store sales goals.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, replenishment, merchandising) and keep area organized.
Assist teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
