Job summary

Ultipro, based in Las Vegas, seeks an experienced commercial lender to originate, underwrite, and close loans ranging from $1MM to $50MM. The role also focuses on acquiring deposits and selling comprehensive banking solutions to clients within the Las Vegas market.

The candidate should have a long-standing network, ten years of commercial lending experience, and expertise in loan structuring, underwriting, and treasury management products. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of commercial lending experience.
• Strong relationship building and client management skills.
• Knowledge of commercial lending laws, underwriting, and loan structuring.
• Experience with treasury management products preferred.
• Working knowledge of financial statements required.
• Extensive Las Vegas market connections.

Responsibilities

• Originate, underwrite and close profitable commercial loans in the $1MM–$50MM range.
• Acquire deposits and sell full commercial banking solutions to clients.
• Proactively manage client portfolios and deliver exceptional customer service.
