Job summary

MRINetwork is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager in Las Vegas, NV to drive underwriting, reporting and client engagement across its loan portfolio.

The role requires strong exposure to commercial C&I and CRE lending, financial analysis, and collaboration with credit, documentation, and sales teams to deliver timely, well-structured loans and ongoing portfolio monitoring.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial C&I and CRE loan underwriting/portfolio management experience.
• Knowledge of commercial credit products, concepts, processes, and functions.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements, business reports and legal documents.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and credit risk management.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client or prospect meetings at the customer site or bank offices.
• Maintain CRM or pipeline reports and assist in sales management reporting.
• Attend internal sales meetings to support business development.
• Support the lender in client and prospect meetings.
• Coordinate information flow to credit for timely underwriting decisions.
• Collaborate with credit and documentation teams to secure required loan paperwork.
• Support loan closings and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
• Assist with annual reviews and collateral valuations updates.
• Engage in community activities to promote the bank.
