Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Commercial Relationship Officer to prospect, produce and manage a portfolio of commercial deposit clients and treasury management relationships. The role emphasizes consultative selling, cross-selling, and expanding client relationships within a dynamic bank setting.

You will maintain client communications, manage a sales pipeline, and coordinate with treasury, credit, and product teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and a minimum of 5 years in commercial/private banking or treasury management, or demonstrated sales and service experience in a compatible industry.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and strong relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with email, word processing, and spreadsheet/presentation software; CRM experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, produce, and manage a portfolio of commercial deposit clients and relationships.
• Act as primary officer and manager for clients; lead sales for referrals.
• Refer loan opportunities to the appropriate banker and group; cross-sell treasury management and related services.
• Meet with clients to assess needs and propose solutions to meet financial objectives.
• Maintain ongoing communication via calls and on-site visits; manage sales pipeline in CRM.
