Qualifications

• Knowledge of beverages, glassware and garnishes required.
• Minimum 1 year beverage supervisory experience.
• Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all Beverage personnel and operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure activities and duties follow company and departmental policies and goals.
• Properly schedule employees based on customer volumes.
• Resolve customer disputes fairly and calmly.
• Identify opportunities to reduce departmental costs without impacting quality.
• Inform Beverage Manager of pertinent information and irregularities.
• Ensure prompt, courteous service and professional conduct at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments.
