Circa Las Vegas is seeking a Beverage Manager to lead the property's beverage operations. The role emphasizes guest service, safety, forecasting, and controlling beverage orders, staff and finances to maximize revenue.

The successful candidate will forecast, plan and manage all beverage orders, staff and finance, delivering an outstanding guest experience while ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous beverage experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain work cards.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, train and evaluate beverage staff; resolve guest complaints.
• Oversee beverage operations and manage inventory and finances.
• Forecast and maximize sales through guest satisfaction and engagement.
• Greet guests and maintain professional interaction.
• Enforce responsible alcohol service standards and handle intoxicated guests.
• Lead the team during heavy shifts and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain liquor and non-alcoholic drink supplies.
• Document coaching and training actions.
