Job summary

The D is seeking a Beverage Manager to lead all beverage operations at our Las Vegas property. You will forecast, plan, and manage beverage orders, staff and finances to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue. Strong leadership and excellent guest service are essential.

Responsibilities include scheduling and coaching beverage staff, ensuring service standards, handling escalations, and maintaining inventory while complying with gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in written and verbal form.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Experience supervising beverage staff and resolving guest issues.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards and operate within regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, train and evaluate beverage staff; hire and discipline as needed.
• Oversee beverage operations and inventory management to maximize sales.
• Greet guests and engage in professional conversations; handle escalated interactions.
• Maintain compliance with responsible alcohol service standards and company rules.
