Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking Large Group Coordinator I-III DOE to manage onboarding and paperwork for 101+ employer groups, analyze benefit details, and provide administrative and technical support to sales, service, and downstream teams.

Role involves benefits review, quote preparation, and coordinating group onboarding across multiple locations with a focus on efficient processes and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1-2 years of healthcare experience (Level I).
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 3-5 years of healthcare experience (Level II).
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 5-7 years of healthcare experience (Level III).

Responsibilities

• Level I: Manage onboarding and paperwork for 101+ employer groups; support sales, service, and downstream teams.
• Level I: Review benefits and contracts to support quote preparation and configuration accuracy.
• Level I: Prepare quotes for timely submission and coordinate onboarding for new/renewal groups.
• Level I: Track groups end-to-end, coordinate enrollment files and notices; ensure timely delivery.
• Level II: Support large group 101+ and ASO accounts; coach and mentor team members.
• Level II: Lead internal RFP creation and proposal design for 101+ clients; coordinate inquiries and finalize quotes.
