Job summary

DCG ONE in Upper Marlboro, MD is seeking a Large Format Press Operator to run and maintain a range of Large Format Output devices, including 3.2 meter UV hybrids, flatbeds, and 64-inch roll printers. The role demands high quality, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will troubleshoot basic issues, follow work orders, manage ink and consumables, and coordinate with Prepress and Sales to meet print requirements.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience operating Large, Wide, or Grand Format Printers.
• Knowledge of print media and output techniques is a plus.
• Basic troubleshooting and following work orders are required.
• Public Trust Security Clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operates Large Format Printers: efi Vutek, efi Q3H XP, Canon, Epson.
• Occasionally operate ancillary large format equipment: Kongsberg, Fotoba, Seal.
• Build and maintain understanding of print media and output techniques.
• Precisely follow work orders and track quantities and versions printed.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance routines.
