Job summary

DCG ONE is a leading marketing service provider delivering creative, print, and fulfillment solutions. The Large Format Press Operator will run and maintain a variety of large-format output devices from a Maryland facility, ensuring high-quality output and on-time delivery.

You will troubleshoot, follow work orders, and communicate machine conditions to sustain efficient production. With 2+ years of relevant printing experience, you will handle media and equipment, manage ink and consumables,

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience operating Large, Wide, or Grand Format Printers.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, RIP’s, and/or Workflow Software is a plus.
• May be required to complete and pass Public Trust Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operates Large Format Printers: efi Vutek, efi Q3H XP, Canon, Epson.
• Occasionally operate ancillary Large Format Equipment: Kongsberg, Fotoba, Seal.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of Print media and output techniques.
• Precisely follow work orders.
• Track quantities and versions printed.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance machine routines.
• Inventory and order Ink and Consumables.
• Communicate Print requirements to the Prepress Department.
• Contribute to Team workshops and training events.
• Attend and participate in team production meetings.
• Identify and assess quality defects in Media and Print.
• Follow standard protocols and contribute to the development of new internal processes.
