Job summary

DCG ONE is seeking a Large Format Operator in Seattle to run and maintain 3.2 meter UV hybrids, flatbeds, and 63-inch roll-to-roll printers. You will ensure high-quality outputs, track versions, and follow work orders in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least two years of experience with large format printing, basic troubleshooting, and teamwork. Overtime and weekend work are expected, with a path for stable employment in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience operating Large, Wide, or Grand format printers.
• Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, RIPs, and/or Workflow Software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates Large Format Printers: efi Vutek, efi Q3H XP, Canon, Epson.
• Occasionally operate ancillary Large Format Equipment: Kongsberg, Fotoba, Seal.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of print media and output techniques.
• Follow work orders precisely.
• Track quantities and versions printed.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance routines.
• Inventory and order ink and consumables.
• Communicate print requirements to the Prepress Department.
• Participate in team workshops and production meetings.
• Identify and assess quality defects in media and print.
• Follow standard protocols and contribute to new internal processes.
• Provide exceptional service and support to sales and project management teams.
• Handle heavy rolls and rigid sheets of printing media.
