Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Richmond, VA is seeking a Lane Server to welcome guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks while providing a high-energy, friendly experience. This part-time role includes tips and opportunities to engage guests in our signature menu and promotions.

You will learn the menu, promotions, and center events, relay details to guests, and assist with questions while maintaining a clean, organized station.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in a service role.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol per state law.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean and organized.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
