Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lane Server to interact with guests, take and deliver orders, and ensure exceptional service in a dynamic entertainment center. You will learn our menu, promotions, and upsell the center experience while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience is required.
• HS Diploma is optional but preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.
• A commitment to great guest service is required.
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn menu, promotions, and specials and relay to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
