Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lane Server for part-time positions in Manassas, VA. You will interact with guests, take and deliver orders, and provide exceptional service in a lively entertainment center.

Responsibilities include upselling, learning menus and promotions, and assisting guests with questions while helping maintain a clean work area. Evening and night shifts are required, with potential tips in addition to base pay.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• A commitment to great guest service
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
• Check back with guests routinely
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
• Help keep the center clean
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
• Recommend/upsell the center experience
