You'll learn the signature menu, promotions, and specials, check back with guests, upsell center experiences, and help keep the venue clean and welcoming while working an evening or weekend shift. Part-time role with tips and competitive perks.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience in a service role.
• Must be at least 18 years old by state law to serve alcohol where applicable.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills required.
• Team oriented and able to work in a dynamic entertainment environment.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean and organized.
• Set up and stock your assigned work area.
• Recommend or upsell the center experience.
