Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lane Server for our vibrant entertainment center. In this part‑time role you will interact with guests, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and help create a welcoming experience.

Night and weekend availability is required; applicants must be at least 18. You will learn our menu and promotions while providing exceptional service and a memorable visit for guests.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
• Check back with guests routines
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
• Help keep the center clean
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
• Recommend/upsell the center experience
