Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Lane Server to engage guests with enthusiastic service and knowledge of our signature items. This part-time position offers opportunities to work in a dynamic entertainment environment, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction across evening and night shifts.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of related experience and a strong commitment to guest service, with the ability to upsell and maintain a clean, high-energy work

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn menu, promotions, and specials and relay to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
