Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Lane Server to welcome guests in our entertainment centers and deliver exceptional service. You will take orders, deliver meals, and help guests enjoy the full center experience.

You will learn the menu and promotions, work with a team, upsell where appropriate, and help maintain a clean, organized work area. This part-time role emphasizes guest satisfaction and friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
