Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Charlotte, NC seeks a Lane Server to deliver exceptional guest service in a vibrant entertainment setting. You will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and upsell the center experience while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Senior responsibilities include learning menus and promotions, assisting guests with requests, and ensuring a positive experience in a lively environment with shifts in the evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• HS Diploma (Optional) or equivalent.
• Excellent guest service mindset and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn the menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean and organized work area.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience to guests.
